Peripherals when ordered without a system incur a 5% handling surcharge
All items are exclusive of V.A.T. at 17.5%
All customers of Style Salon Solutions are responsible for their own backup of data.
All customers will be contacted with a delivery date upon receipt of order; we endeavour to work to a seven working day policy.
All goods must either be paid for in full or leasing documentation completed before any goods are dispatched or installed.
Goods may be paid for by the following options:
- 1, Leasing - subject to status (terms & conditions apply)
- 2, Paypal – via website www.igotstyle.biz
- 3, Cheques made payable to: Style Salon Solutions Ltd
- 4, Direct bank transfer: please contact us on 0845 871 6456 for details.
Should you wish to cancel your order this must be done before payment, after this cancellations will not be accepted.
Should any ordered item be unavailable either temporarily or permanently, the customer will be contacted and either an availability date or alternative item offered. At this point the customer can then decide whether they wish to proceed or not.
We operate a no refund policy, in the case of faulty or damaged goods manufacturer's warranties will apply.
Any goods found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, must be reported to us within twenty four hours of receipt. At which time we will inform you of the course of action. Manufacturer’s warranties apply.
For terminals where the “on site” warranty has not been taken out, return to base for repair shipping costs, will be at the customer's expense. The current charge is £50.00 returned to you.
In circumstances where the manufacturer’s warranty requires any item to be returned for replacement or repair, all goods should be sent by recorded delivery and a proof of sending must be kept by the customer. Returns must be sent in original packaging, with the date of purchase stamped on the guarantee form. The company accept no demands for the compensation resulting from damage to persons or property. The company does not accept damages caused by accidental breakage in transit, lack of maintenance, cleaning, careless or negligence in use or tampering or repair work accomplished by any un-authorised persons. Should equipment be moved from its initial installation site by anyone other than a representative of Style Salon Solutions Ltd, then Style Salon Solutions Ltd will not be held responsible for damage caused by negligence during transit. Damage or problems arising from this may become a chargeable support item.
All Peripherals And Consumables, Should Be Either Purchased From Or Have Written Authorisation From Style Salon Solutions Ltd To Ensure That Warranties Are Not Nullified.
The system is designed and supplied as a “Stand Alone Business System” and not to be used as a conventional computer. I.e.: Not Using the Internet for Downloads, Browsing or Any Other Purpose than through the installed Style Salon Programme.
Should this be found to have been done, Style Salon Solutions Ltd Will Not Be Liable for any damage caused and any repairs needed due to this will be chargeable.
Style Salon Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage to have resulted from the use, operation or performance of ANY STYLE SOFTWARE PROGRAMME or in any way related to the acquisition or use of ANY STYLE SOFTWARE PROGRAMME, regardless of the form of action.
In no event shall Style Salon Solutions Ltd be liable to any customer for any general, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, any damages resulting from loss of use or loss of data or profits, or any claim, whether in contact or tort.
Support Contracts are available on either an Annual or Monthly basis. These must be paid for in advance. A member of the Style Salon Solutions Support Team will inform you when this needs to be renewed. Anyone Out Of Contract will be charged at 50p per minute.
Support is available by phoning or e-mailing on your allocated details between 9:00am And 6:00pm Monday To Friday
Where a “Next Day On Site Warranty” has been taken, this is for 36 months and is payable in advance either in total or as an annual payment. This service is available Monday through to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 17.30pm. Any call placed with Style Salon Solutions before 13.00hrs will receive a fix or replacement no later than 17.30hrs the following day.
On All Non On – Line Salon Shop Orders a Deposit of £500.00 or 10% of order (whichever is the greater amount) Is Required. This Deposit Will Only Be Returned in the Cases Of:
- 1, Style Salon Solutions Ltd. Is Unable to Provide Leasing Facilities (if that is your Chosen Method Of Purchase)
- 2, Once the Equipment has been Installed and the Leasing Funds Released (if that is your Chosen Method Of Purchase)
N.B. Gold or Silver Support, Free Updates, Remote Access Software, Network Versions, SMS Texting Facility and E-Mail Facility Is Not Available To Salons Without Having An Ongoing Broadband Facility From An Approved Provider, In The Salon.
